To provide you the best of services, we request that the parking lot be free as of 9am. If impossible, a snow clearing service will be available the following day if you contact us before noon.

- The snow removal is completed after a snowfall exceeding 5 cm (industry standard);
- A first visit depending on the onset of precipitation, the amount of snow (minimum 5 cm), as well as the road schedule,
- A second visit will take place, which is why we ask you to put your vehicles on the street from 9; 00 AM .
- A third visit during the day (if necessary) for the more imposing accumulations.
Important: The clients must have freed their parking lots as of 9am the day after the storm.

- In Cleaning mode, complete and final cleaning, your parking lot must be free of cars to maximize your snow removal service.
- In the event of a storm (10 cm and more), a final cleaning will be carried out the next day, it is imperative to move your vehicles.
